• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for the Texas Jigsaw Puzzle. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria for a refund. If approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
